I am a Neuro-Affective Relational Model (NARM®) Therapist trained in working with people who have experienced early developmental and relational trauma. I am also a Certified Grief Educator, I understand grief and meet you where you are to support you through the heartbreak of loss to find healing and hope.

I specialize in supporting people experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, issues of self-esteem and burnout, childhood and generational trauma, relationship issues, life, career and identity transitions, spiritual emergence and trauma. I have extensive experience working with entrepreneurs, creatives, high functioning adults and high achieving teens. I have worked with multicultural couples and families, veterans, refugees, survivors of abuse, clients with chronic health conditions, and those in the end-of-life care and their loved ones. I am fluent in Russian and provide therapy in English and Russian.
I was born in Estonia and immigrated to the US in 1998. I studied Mathematics at the University of Tartu and have passion for exploring the interconnectedness of art, science and contemplative practices. I hold Masters of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles with a specialization in Spiritual and Depth Psychology. I have trained extensively in both psychological and spiritual methodologies and practices, including trauma therapy, Jungian and somatic therapy, nature/eco therapy, art, yoga, mindfulness and meditation. I am inspired by nature, art, dance, photography, poetry and heart to heart connections.
